The sales support super app , including the TCO Configurator and other applications, is intended exclusively for sales enablement and generating approximate client-facing estimations. Users are authorized to use these tools to support marketing outreach, demonstrate business value, and prepare client pitches for the IDCUBE SaaS platform. Any unauthorized commercial reuse or tampering with platform features is strictly prohibited. IDCUBE doesn't guarantee 100% accuracy as real life estimations vary depending on the site scenarios and variables.
The financial modeling metrics, hardware comparisons, and database option results (e.g., SQL Express restrictions vs Enterprise scale parameters) represent contextual estimates optimized for standard hardware footprints. Final physical vendor pricing rules are governed strictly by standalone project requirements & variables.
IDCUBE reserves the right to continuously deploy dashboard improvements, cost considerations, optimize interface design, update competitive battlecard definitions & information, or introduce gated app features behind administrative approvals without prior notification.
