To provide enterprise access control evaluation models, the IDCUBE platform processes corporate single sign-on (SSO) email addresses, profile credentials, and architecture metrics inputted directly into the TCO Configurator engine (such as hardware readers, concurrent users, and location topologies).
Collected values are utilized exclusively to compile comparative financial dashboards, trace multi-year infrastructure projections, protect user save-states, and export boardroom-ready PDF business case summaries tailored for executive review.
We protect your corporate information using enterprise-grade security protocols managed through our secure cloud infrastructure partners (including Vercel and Supabase). All information transmitted through the platform is automatically encrypted while in transit over the internet, and all saved configuration data is securely encrypted at rest within our production databases. We utilize industry-standard access controls and secure hashing mechanisms to ensure user credentials and project data remain confidential and fully isolated.
User profile configurations and compiled scenario parameters are preserved for as long as your corporate account credentials remain active. If you need to remove your account or purge your saved configuration snapshots from our system, you can submit a manual data deletion request by contacting our internal administration team.
